Seven Fabulous Questions

……that shift the energy when you are stuck.  Being stressed, frustrated or angry is no fun. How can you opt out?  By knowing there is another place to shift to.

Stress is an aspect of a 3D perspective, which is a very limited view of what is going on in any given moment. This linear perspective narrows in like a laser on a point of attention and fixates on it. This myopic view excludes all the possible solutions that would immediately dissolve the stress building up inside the body and interfering with its natural function. To opt out, one can simply shift into the unified field also called the quantum; in spiritual circles it is referred to as shifting to a higher level of consciousness.

How does one do that? One thing you can do is pick up the phone, make an appointment and spend an hour receiving a professional service. That will shift your energy.  (Ask me for a referral if you have no one to call.)  For the “do-it-yourselfer” (no money or no time), grab the following list of questions and pick one. I wish I could claim authorship to these seven fabulous questions that shift your perception. But I can’t. They are the inspiration of Sarah Biermann in her article, The Seven Questions That Can Change Your Life!  Grab a pen and jot these down.

IS THIS ENERGY MINE?
…..You are more psychic than you even realize. …..you pick-up the thoughts, emotions and physical sensations of other people…... You do not have to take on all these outside energies. By being conscious of what is going on, you will be able to disconnect from reacting to the energy and stop the symptoms of that reaction…... (click here to continue)

WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE IF ………?
…..When you ask the question, “What would it be like if ____?” imagine what it would feel like. When you use your feeling sense to perceive a potential reality, it activates the part of you that can create that reality. …… (click here to continue)

WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR _____ TO HAPPEN WITH EASE?
…..When you want something to happen and you are not sure how to go about it, ask this question. Do not ask, "What do I need to do?' or "What are the next steps?" Do you feel the difference in the energy between those questions…..This question invites the universe to support you in your creation.…… (click here to continue)

WHAT’S RIGHT ABOUT THIS THAT I’M NOT GETTING?
…..What you focus your energy on is what gets bigger. So asking, "What's right about this that I'm not getting?" focuses your energy on what's right and off of judging.…… Asking this question shifts your perception and that shifts your experience……. (click here to continue)

HOW DID I CREATE THIS?
When you ask, "How did I create this?" you are asking for awareness of that moment of unconsciousness when you made the decision that led you to a less than expansive outcome.…… Do not ask, “Why did I do that?” When you ask “why” it takes you back into a loop of your own failures….. WHY brings up all the stuff that you believe makes you do stupid things…... (click here to continue)

WHAT WOULD THIS BE IF IT WASN’T PAIN?
Use this question after you ask, “Is this mine?” if it doesn’t go away. The experience of pain is an interpretation of sensory input. This question gives you the option of interpreting it in a different way. .…… (click here to continue)

HOW DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS?
Say this when anything happens that you like…….It is an invitation to the universe to show you how it can get better……  (click here to continue)

My absolute favorite question is the last one. I say this one when life is good and I say it when I want it to be better. I said it the day my husband landed in the hospital, and they sent him home the next day! I said it when my husband was too weak to sit up and the next day he was walking everywhere! It works! They all work—- seven fabulous questions that produce miracles.  Thank you, Sarah!

Until you return, fill your days with GIGGLES, JOY, and APPRECIATION!
