Ho’Oponopono Cleaning Tool
One of the most difficult things to overcome is mind-chatter. This is when the mind grabs onto an event like a football and starts running with it, chattering on and on about what did happen, what didn’t happen or why it happened. Have you noticed, the chatter is always either about the past or the future? Mind-chatter is very destructive. It causes the adrenal glands to release excess cortisone into the nervous system, which stresses the organs and glands.
Ho’Oponopono is a cleaning tool that comes to us from the Hawaiian culture. Loosely translated, Ho’Oponopono means “to set things right”. Everything you perceive is a projection of your thoughts, feelings, attitudes and beliefs outward into a holographic, illusionary world. The illusion is not real. But you, as consciousness, are real. Therefore, you are responsible for everything in your world. You can “set things right” because you put those discomforts there in the first place.
The Ho’Oponopono cleaning tool is four high vibrational phrases that you repeat over and over like a mantra: “I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.” Those four phrases contain the magic formula of forgiveness, repentance and transformation. Every time you repeat the Ho’Oponopono phrases, you are taking 100% responsibility for erasing your projection. When you become aware your mind is chattering start repeating the four phrases. The vibration of love, forgiveness and appreciation will instantly stop the mind and raise your vibration. It is a very effective antidote for stress.
Each time you invoke the Ho’Oponopono phrases, you are cleaning and erasing the thoughts and feelings attached to your discomfort. Do Ho’Oponopono with any person you do not have peace with until your negative feelings towards them dissolve. Do Ho’Oponopono with any and all feelings of discomfort. Do Ho’Oponopono with any condition or circumstance you wish to change, fix or improve. Just say, “I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”, over and over until you feel your energy shift and are at peace.
